As a holder of the Lyca Reward code, we process your personal data for the performance of the agreement we have during the validity period of your Lyca Reward code. When responding to a question or a request, we rely on the legitimate interest.
Retention periods
We will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for you to use the Always Advantage platform.
If your personal data is no longer needed for these purposes, your personal data will be deleted immediately unless a statutory retention period applies in which case we will comply with that statutory retention period.
