The Lyca Reward platform is available until July 1, 2026.

You can pay for your order using iDEAL or with a credit card (VISA and MasterCard).

After placing your order, you will receive a payment confirmation by email within 15 minutes.

In most cases, you need to bring a printed copy of your e-ticket, which serves as your entry pass. However, this is not always the case. Therefore, always carefully read the instructions provided in the confirmation email or on the e-ticket.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change purchased e-tickets.

Have you ordered e-vouchers and not received them after 15 minutes? Please check your SPAM folder first. Products are delivered within 3-5 business days, provided they are in stock.

Did you order the wrong product or is it not to your satisfaction? Have you received a packing slip by email? Please contact the email address listed on the packing slip. If you have not received a packing slip, send an email within 14 days to promotions@touchincentive.com. We will then inform you within 3-5 business days exactly how to return your order.

We only accept unused items returned in their original packaging. Once we have received the product, we will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, usually within two weeks. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse return shipping costs.

If you did not receive a packing slip, send an email within 14 days to promotions@touchincentive.com. Be sure to include your proof of payment and some photos of the broken product. You will hear from us within 3-5 business days about how we will resolve this.
